5. Digital Products & No Returns

  • No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be provided once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded.

  • If you have not downloaded/activated the product yet, you may request a refund by emailing support@adgeproductions.com.

6. License Grant & Restrictions

  • Upon full payment, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the purchased digital products as intended.

  • You may not:

    • Redistribute, resell, sublicense or make available any free or paid assets from our site for profit.

    • Modify, reverse‑engineer, decompile, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

    • Use the Services in violation of any law or to create infringing materials.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, designs, code, trademarks, and other materials on the site are owned by or licensed to Adge Productions.
